| "Heavenly Father, |

| I come to you today with a heavy heart. |

| Father, I know I've done a lot of wrong in my past, |
| things that I'm no longer proud of and things I've never been proud of. |
|
| I ask you today to forgive me for what I've done, forgive me of all the sins I have comitted. |
|
| Father thank you for sending your only Son Jesus. |
|
| Father I know that Jesus is Lord, and that he died on that cross in my place. I know that he arose from the dead and joined you in Heaven. |
|
| Father I ask that Jesus come into my heart, my life and, I ask that you send the Holy Spirit to guide me, to show me the right paths to take that may be pleasing to you. |
|
| Father, I'm so very tired of being alone, walking alone, living alone... I ask that you always be with me. |
|
| You know my heart Father, others may think they know, but only you truly know what's in my heart. |
|
| Father lift this burden from my shoulders, make me a new person through Christ Jesus. |
